Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

- Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
2. Opened Products
For safety and quality reasons, opened dietary supplement products are generally not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Iron Plate Labs if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Iron Plate Labs is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up, or carrier inability to deliver may be eligible for refund minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
7. Final Sale Items

If you purchased Iron Plate Labs products from a retail store, gym, marketplace, or third-party seller, please contact the original place of purchase for return or refund assistance.
