Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

2. Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Order processing and carrier transit times do not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated by the carrier.

3. Shipping Carrier
Iron Plate Labs currently ships using:

UPS Ground
We may add additional carriers or shipping methods in the future.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
UPS Ground delivery is generally estimated at 1–5 business days after the order has been processed and picked up by UPS. Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control. UPS describes UPS Ground as delivering within one to five business days.

Estimated total timeline:

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days
  • UPS Ground transit: 1–5 business days
  • Estimated total delivery window: 2–7 business days after order placement

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, shipping destination, and available shipping options.

If free shipping promotions are offered, eligibility will be displayed at checkout or within promotional materials.

6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is transferred to UPS, delivery timing and final delivery are handled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Ask household members, neighbors, front desk, or mailroom staff
  • Contact UPS for delivery details
  • Contact us with your order number and tracking information

9. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We may require this information to assist with a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.

10. Domestic Shipping

11. International Shipping
At this time, Iron Plate Labs does not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on the website.
